How We Brew
We ferment in small batches with live cultures and organic tea. Each flavor gets its own balance of tea, time, and carbonation so it tastes clean and even from start to finish.
We monitor pH, fermentation activity, and carbonation to make sure every keg leaves the brewery safe, stable, and consistent.
All Treehouse kombucha is cold-stored, force-carbonated, and delivered fresh by the keg.
